The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic and delicious. It expresses notes of ripe gooseberries, crushed green apple, ripe lemon, white peach, tangy apricot, grapefruit, green kiwi and passion fruit, combined with notes of limestone, flint (a delicate smoky touch), fresh lime and acacia. On the palate, the wine offers an enveloping and juicy fruitiness, even slightly sweet, but airy and light. We find flavors of white peach, apricot, kiwi, gooseberries, grapefruit and passion fruit, associated with a slightly dry limestone touch on the finish, a very subtle smoky hint, as well as with floral notes of linden and acacia. The finish is rather persistent, with distinct and pronounced citrus notes, good grapefruit bitterness and salivating acidity.
