The nose is fine, delicate, slightly powerful and a bit gourmand. It reveals notes of Zante currant, dried lemon zests, yuzu zests combined with a subtle hint of rancio, dried mandarin, spices as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper, coffee and a discreet hint of nougatine. The palate is fruity, well balanced, a bit gourmande and offers a slight acid frame, a slight minerality, a slight suavity as well as a good structure. On the palate, this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized peach, caramelized lychee, Zante currant and slight notes of quince associated with fine touches of crushed apples, pâtisseries / nougatine, cardamom and sweet spices. Good length.
