The nose offers elegance as well as good definition. It reveals notes of blackberry, sweet spices and more slightly pulpy fruit associated with fine hints of tobacco, nutmeg as well as a very discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, fat, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine juicy / acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy / juicy currants and more slightly cherry associated with touches of lily as well as fine hints of zan and toasty / sweet spices. Tannins offer a fine chewiness. Good length.
