The nose is fruity, well-built and offers elegance as well as a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, black olive and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of red fruit (raspberry, bigarreau cherry), discreet hints of Zan, cardamom, violet as well as an imperceptible hint of violet / Sichuan pepper and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, beautifully juicy, soft, fine and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, elegance, an acidulous frame, a good definition, a good structure, a bit aerial side, delicacy, a slight freshness as well a slight power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry / bigarreau cherry, small wild berries associated with slight touches of laurel, violet as well as discreet hints of cardamom, spices and an imperceptible hint of tea / tonka bean. Tannins are fine and structuring.
