Beautiful, gourmand, precise and gastronomic nose that offers a beautiful textured side as well as a sensation of substance/richness. There are nice notes of pulpy/fresh peach, white flowers and small notes of ripe/fresh citrus fruits associated with a hint of mandarin, mesocarp as well as fine almost small yellow fruits hints and a very discreet fresh toasted hint. The palate is beautifully structured, precise, gourmande, chiselled, full of balance and offers suppleness, fat, roundness as well as a nice unctuosity (full of finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy vine peach, pulpy brugnon and small notes of bright apple associated with touches of quince, fine hints of kumquat, apricot blossoms and a discreet almost buttery-toasted hint. Good length. A subtle iodine/saline hint in the background. Beautiful sapidity and persistence.
