(75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sauvignon Gris) The nose is frank, aromatic and offers a certain straightness, an elegant structure and a floral aspect. There are notes of fresh red apple, small fresh/juicy yellow fruits and small notes of quince, associated with fine touches of almost yellow flowers and a hint of almost fresh beeswax. The palate is nicely fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandise, lovely texture, delicate fatness, lovely sapidity and a fine sense of detail. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince and pulpy/juicy red apple, combined with touches of fresh mirabelle plum, fine hints of pink grapefruit, as well as fine hints of lemon blossom, Amalfi lemon, a subtle hint of juicy apricot and a hint finely brioched. Lovely finesse in its grain. A subtle, almost tannic hint of aromatic and structure on the finish. Discreet chewiness and good persistence (+10 caudalies).
