The nose is fruity and offers a certain freshness and a racy fruit. It reveals notes of violet, pulpy violet plum and small notes of fairly ripe wild cherry, associated with touches of violet, fine hints of toasted almond and a subtle, almost smoky touch. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers a fresh frame, suppleness and a certain gourmandise. It also presents a fine honeyed side, good definition and juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, blackberry and small notes of small brilliant red berries, combined with a touch of plum blossom, chocolate/tonka bean, as well as fine hints of toasted almond and salinity. Chewiness and a certain gourmandise.
