This rosé has a pale rose gold color. The nose is aromatic, floral on rose and wisteria. There are fine hints of red apple as well as peach. The second nose opens with citrus fruits such as pomelo and always with juicy white peach. The palate is fresh with a refreshing bitterness which accompanies a significant salinity from the mid-palate. We have small, crunchy black fruits like blackberries as well as peach. The whole thing is subtle.
