The nose is fruity and a bit restrained. The wine need to be served in carafe. It reveals notes of peach skin, citrus fruits and exotic fruits combined with touches of minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of fresh flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers a discreet sparkling sensation on the attack (“perlante”), suavity, a good definition, an acid frame, a small gourmandise, freshness, precision, a good juiciness as well as volume. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and pink grapefruit associated with subtle touches of fleshy peach, exotic fruits (crunchy pineapple, quenette and a discreet hint of papaya) as well as hints of crunchy / juicy green apple and minerality. Good length.
