The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers intensity. It expresses pretty notes of cherry, morello cherry and violet, racy minerality associated with delicate hints of spices as well as fine hints of bay leaf and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, tension, precision, good definition, a certain gourmandise, brightness and controlled richness. It expresses the notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright cassis and, more slightly, crushed currants associated with touches of balsamic, blue berries, zan, as well as fine hints of bay leaf and sense of place. Good length. The tannins are supple and precise. Nice juiciness and freshness.
