The nose is well-built, fruity, delicate, elegant, precise, frank, nicely deep and offers a very nice, precise and fine grain, a nice texture, depth, unctuosity and a silky touch. It reveals notes of wild cassis, black pepper and small notes of small dense black fruits, associated with touches of cocoa nibs, as well as fine hints of infusion and aromatic roasted herbs. The palate is juicy, fruity, mineral and offers a certain pulpiness and gourmandise. It also presents accuracy, suppleness, precision, a lovely darkness in elegance of fruit, depth and a lovely infusion side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of small dense black berries, roasted-elegant cherry and small notes of small black fruits, combined with delicate hints of sweet spices, black pepper, bergamot, as well as hints of balsamic, cocoa nibs and fine hints of blond tobacco. The tannins are precise, frank and finely mellow.
