The nose is fruity with a fine note of controlled oxidation. There are notes of quince, fresh mirabelle plum and, more slightly, orange zest, combined with hints of white flowers, as well as fine hints of almond and a discreet touch of almond blossom. The palate is fruity and reveals minerality and a certain volume (batonnage of the lees). On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, white berries and, more slightly, fresh mirabelle plum, combined with fine touches of medlar, almond and a discreet hint of tannin in the background. A subtle hint of salinity.
