Feudo Principi di Butera – Rosato 2019

(Disgorgement: 06/2022) The nose is fruity, fleshy, finely toasted and gourmand. It reveals notes of yellow apple, ripe apricot and small notes of almost roasted rosemary, associated with fine touches of brioche and small ripe yellow fruits. The palate is fruity, it offers good energy, acidity, tension, a vibrant side, a fine electric side and good length and definition. It also presents a nice effervescence with finesse and elegance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh pear/crunchy pear and small notes of chalky, associated with touches of small fresh fruits, as well as a hint of small yellow fruits. A fine, discreet hint of salt and toasted almond in the background. Good length. A wine offering freshness and delicacy. Beautiful vivacity.
