The nose is mineral, fruity and offers good definition and a certain depth. It reveals notes of juicy yellow apple, juicy lychee and small notes of fresh mandarin, associated with delicate floral hints. The palate is fruity, it offers a lovely roundness with finesse, a nice fatness, finely batonned and a beautiful freshness and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of unctuous apple, vine peach and small notes of small fresh yellow fruits, combined with touches of quenette, lychee, as well as fine hints of crisp apple and floral notes. A well-built and elegant wine with a lovely, fine texture. There are also fine hints of brioche/buttery (the malolactic part and the finesse of the bâtonnage). Beautiful salinity and persistence.
