It reveals notes of fresh cherry, small ripe red berries and small notes of violet, associated with fine floral touches, discreet hints of sweet spices and delicate and a subtle, almost basil-like touch. The palate is well-built, fruity, elegant, silky, delicate and offers a fine acidity, tension and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, small bright red berries and small notes of mandarin, combined with touches of quince, as well as fine, almost basil-like hints in the background. Good length. We also find notes of cherry blossom, a subtle hint of almond, salinity and energy flirting delicately and discreetly with varietal. A subtle, almost tannic touch in the structure on the finish.
