The nose is elegant, precise, nicely frank and fresh. It presents good definition, precision and a lovely, elegant, airy, fresh grain. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, rosemary and small notes of violet, associated with touches of small roasted-elegant red fruits, crushed strawberry, as well as hints of blueberry, spices, cookie, a hint of bergamot, infusion and mocha. The palate is well-built, supple, precise and offers gourmandise, a little juiciness, suppleness and a beautiful minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, boysenberry and small notes of small roasted red fruits, combined with touches of crushed red plum, as well as hints of cornflower, pulpy violet plum, lilac, infusion and fine mocha hints. Lovely definition and gourmandise. A wine offering precision, elegance and mellowness, especially on the midpalate. A iodized/sapid side and volume, richness and airy, fresh creaminess.
