(2022 base) Lovely elegant nose, gourmand, complete, beautifully desirable and complex. It deserves to be decanted. It reveals notes of candied quince, dried apricot and small notes of crushed physalis associated with fine hints of pineapple in syrup as well as a hint of apple and acacia flowers. The palate is fruity, tangy and offers a lovely definition, gourmandise as well as a tangy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried apricot, peach in syrup and small notes of candied kumquat associated with fine touches of pineapple in syrup as well as a hint of roasted fruit and a subtle saline hint in the background. A very discreet floral hint on the persistence. Very nice persistence.
