(AB) Beautiful fruity nose, elegant, precise and which offers delicacy associated to a certain power. It reveals notes of pulpy purple plum, crushed strawberry and small notes of quite ripe small fruits associated with a touch of crushed blackcurrant, fine hints of sense of place (local biotope), small local flowers as well as a subtle hint of almost mandarin and a very discreet hint of racy minerality. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, discreetly tight and offers fruit, gourmandise, a fresh/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, accuracy, a nice tension as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh purple plum, pulpy/fresh wild strawberry and small notes of star anise associated with touches of fresh wild small black fruits as well as a discreet hint of tonka bean, olive tree/sense of place (local biotope), almost quite ripe purple plum hint and a subtle hint of good bitterness. Tannins are elegant, sapid and tasty. Good quality of tannins! Good length and lovely persistence.
