The nose is elegant and offers delicacy in its grain, sincerity, complexity and depth. There are notes of crunchy white berries, white flowers and a slight sense of place combined with fine touches of ripe zest and a discreet hint of dried almond. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral, balanced and reveals some volume, juiciness, sweetness, energy, sincerity and purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quenette, bright vine peach small notes of sweet mandarin/kumquat combined with small touches of exotic fruit and a discreet hint of white flowers, fresh herbs and an almost sappy edge (in the background). Good length. Subtle hint of toasted almond on the finish.
