The nose is fruity, racy, relatively powerful and offers a certain purity, a fine minerality and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, crushed plum and fine notes of citrus associated with a touch of zest, flint / minerality and imperceptible / discreet hints of olive (in the background). The palate is fruity, perfectly balanced and offers a nice definition, a very nice freshness, a beautiful acid frame, suavity, a nice fat, a very fine unctuosity, a beautiful dynamism, a small aerial side and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe green apple, lemon and small notes of clementine associated with touches of citrus zest (lime, grapefruit …), fine touches of flint, a subtle hint of quince, crushed pear as well as an imperceptible toasted touch and almond. Good length.
