The nose is fresh, flowery and reveals pulpy fruit, a certain purity, a hint of spice and a certain finesse. There are notes of fresh cherry, fresh flowers and, to a lesser extent, juicy blackcurrant, combined with fine hints of crushed vine peach and a discreet, almost liquorice-like touch. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, finesse, tension, a nice finesse in its fatness as well as a stretched side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh cherry, tart raspberry and more slightly juicy/crunchy blackcurrant combined with hints of fresh flowers and crushed white berries and a subtle liquorice/savoury quality on the finish. Good length.
