The nose is pretty and fruity. It reveals notes of dried orange, dried apricot and small notes of candied yellow peach, associated with fine hints of rosemary sage, as well as a subtle spicy hint, notes of beeswax and saffron. The palate is well-built, fruity, gourmand and offers a little pulpiness and good definition. It also presents a certain gourmandise, precision, fine tension and a lovely little texture and mellowness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of dried orange, fig and small notes of pineapple in syrup, combined with touches of baked apple, as well as fine hints of tarte tatin and rosemary. Good length. A fine hint of toasted almond in the background.
