The nose is powerful and offers a fine grain, a fine intensity as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of black cherry, ripe/crushed strawberry as well as fine hints of eucalyptus and a very discreet hint of flowers and thyme/sense of the place. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a good definition as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, ripe/crushed redcurrant and small notes of cherry associated with a touch of blueberry as well as a subtle hint of liquorice, cardamom and very fine hints of chocolate/coffee.
