The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, minerality and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied kumquat and small notes of dry apricot associated with fine hints of juicy green apple, very discreet hints of candied zests as well as a subtle hint of toffe and cigar. Good length. A hint of almond on the finish/persistence.
