Feudo Arancio 2019, Nero D’Avola – Sicilia IGT

The nose offers a certain power, a small intensity, a fine grain and a certain straightness. It reveals notes of boysenberry, fleshy plum and small notes of lily associated with touches of crushed wild small red fruits as well as fine hints of olive, licorice and a discreet hint of bergamot. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition, a certain roundness and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry, pulpy blackberry and small notes of ripe/pulpy wild small fruits associated with a touch of lily/rose as well as hints of sage, fresh blond tobacco and a subtle hint of liquorice (in the background).
