The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity as well as a very fine captivating side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry and small wild red berries associated with fine hints of cassis as well as fine touches of pink laurel, olivier and very discreet hints of zan/tobacco (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy and offers gourmandize, precision, a fine tension and a small frank side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, juicy/crunchy raspberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy small red berries associated with fine touches of liquorice as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean and toasted. Tannins are structuring, frank and finely firm. Good length.
