(red) The nose is fruity, fresh and aromatic. It reveals notes of kirsch cherry, jammy cassis and small notes of plum jam associated with very fine hints of spices as well as very discreet hosts of liquorice and a subtle hint of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers tension / straightness, a good freshness, gourmandise, a fine depthness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of kirsch cherry, crushed / ripe cassis and small notes of jammy blackberry combined with a hint of strawberry jam as well as a discreet hint of orange marmalade, liquorice and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. Good length.
