It reveals notes of kirsch cherry, jammy cassis and small notes of plum jam associated with very fine hints of spices as well as very discreet hosts of liquorice and a subtle hint of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers tension / straightness, a good freshness, gourmandise, a fine depthness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of kirsch cherry, crushed / ripe cassis and small notes of jammy blackberry combined with a hint of strawberry jam as well as a discreet hint of orange marmalade, liquorice and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. Good length.
