It reveals notes of pear in syrup, peach in syrup and small notes of candied almond associated with fine hints of elderberry flowers and juicy/fresh Mirabelle plum. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, tension, a good definition, a beautiful fat/suavity, elegance as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, pear in syrup, peach in syrup and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with fine and discreet touches of peach flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of candied ginger and crushed apricot. Good length.
