The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a certain richness, creaminess and delicate intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, blackberry and small notes of roasted-elegant cherry, associated with touches of cornflowers, a hint of small blue fruits, as well as fine hints of vanilla and toastiness. Some barrel impact. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave and offers a mineral frame, good definition and a certain gourmandise and accuracy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, bigarreau cherry and small notes of blueberry, combined with touches of vanilla, chocolate as well as fine hints of toasted hazelnut. We find roundness, freshness and a certain texture. A fine hint of blood orange in the background. The nose also reveals a subtle note of oregano. On the palate, a fine tangy hint reminiscent of the soil on the persistence, with a Bordeaux spirit in the approach.
