Fazio – Aegades 2024 – Erice DOC

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain minerality and fullness. It reveals notes of fresh apricot, small fresh yellow fruits, associated with a touch of kumquat, as well as a subtle hint of apple blossom in the background. The palate is fruity, vibrant, mineral, taut and offers energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh yellow nectarine, small pulpy white fruits and small notes of fresh anise, combined with fine hints of kumquat, as well as fine hints of iodine, local aromatic herbs and a subtle, almost oregano-like hint in the background. Good length. Freshness and minerality. Notes of apple blossom and a fine hint of creaminess return on the midpalate.
