The palate is mineral and offers freshness, a fine juiciness as well as a fine acidulous structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of tobacco, clove associated with fine hints of spices, undergrowth as well as a subtle hint of mocha and truffle.
