Fattoria Torre a Cona – Crociferro 2020 – Chianti Colli Fiorentini

The nose is fruity, precise, clean and offers a slight power. There are notes of quite ripe wild blackberry, cooked cassis and smal notes of crushed strawberry associated with hints of tonka bean, tobacco and a discreet touch of white pepper. The palate offers fruit, minerality, freshness, roundness, a stretched side, precision and matter. Easy to access. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of fleshy/ pulpy raspberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with a touch of pulpy plum as well as hints of chocolate, sweet blond tobacco and a hint of vanilla. Good length. Tannins are sappy and supple. Freshness.
