The nose is fruity and offers depth and a certain creaminess. There are notes of creamy cassis, creamy strawberry and small notes of small brilliant blue fruits, associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, as well as a hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral and offers a fresh frame, acidity, a certain tension and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cassis, crushed raspberry and small notes of violet plum, combined with touches of cornflower, cardamom, as well as fine hints of sweet tobacco, bourbon vanilla and a touch of small brilliant red berries. There’s also a hint of salt/iodized in the background. The tannins are precise, elegant and gourmand. Good length. A wine offering freshness, minerality and gourmandise.
