It reveals notes of ripe cassis, pulpy Boysen berry, small notes of juicy/pulpy blueberry, cornflower associated with touches of crunchy/juicy wild strawberry as well as fine hints of pepper, sweet spices, grilled hazelnut, nutmeg, a subtle almost orange hint, Cuben pepper and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a very beautiful definition, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a fine freshness, minerality, delicacy, subtility, suavity and sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, pulpy/bright violet plum, small notes of pulpy blueberry associated with small touches of fig, cornflower, nutmeg as well as very discreet hints of cardamom, discreet hints of dry local grove as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean, toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible almost orange hint.
