The nose is fresh and offers a small crunchiness. It reveals notes of crunchy/fresh pear, fresh apple, small notes of white flowers associated with touches of mesocarp, fresh citrus and a discreet mineral hint. The palate is fruity, crunchy, juicy and offers a beautiful/fine acidulous frame, a small chiseled side, freshness, minerality as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy apple, juicy pear, small notes of peach flowers associated with touches of fresh/juicy lemon, apple flowers, fresh lychee, mesocarp as well as a discree hint of fresh mandarine, fresh almond and a subtle hint of toasted.
