The wine has a pale color that draws on apricot. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet with notes of crushed blackberry and rose petal. With aeration, the second nose presents a little cherry but also vine peach. There is also the presence of a fresh minerality. The attack is fresh and tangy. We feel the apricot not yet fully ripe but also the lemon zest. The quenette makes its appearance. The mid-palate is refreshing with minerality accompanied by a hint of salinity. The tasting is dynamic with some small fruits such as wild strawberries which appear on the finish. The finish has an imperceptible bitterness.
