The wine has a beautiful dark ruby color. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of cherry and juicy wild strawberry. There are also subtle hints of sweet spices. There are hints of wood and black pepper. The second nose opens with a lovely minty freshness. There are still fruits and a slight darkness that accompanies them. The palate is fresh, fruity with an empyreumatic note from the start. There are cooked fruits like cherry and blackberry. There are sweet spices and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are powerful, persistent until the finish bringing a slight dryness. The acidity is however salivating and the finish is on cooked and stewed fruits like blackberry, cherry and strawberry.
