The wine shows a bright yellow-golden colour. The nose is rich and opulent with notes of bruised and baked apple, poached pear, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon, a medicinal note of iodine, camomile and liquorice. The palate has a nice sweet fruit character and a light, aerial texture. The wine reveals notes of ripe yellow apple, pear, quince, combined with hints of spices, dried herbs, white flowers and a pleasant saline touch. The finish is persistent, herbaceous and fresh.
