The nose is fresh and fruity. There are notes of ripe quince, lemon and, more slightly, kumquat combined with fine touches of apple blossom and a very discreet hint of yuzu and fresh almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, with a good acidic backbone, a certain gourmandize, beautiful freshness, racy, salinity, and a very fine and dynamic effervescence. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, pulpy/acidulous apple and more slightly lychee combined with fine touches of acidulated quince as well as discrete points of carambola and fresh flower and a subtle saline touch, nice effervescence but aromatic, a little light.
