Ettore Sammarco – Terre Saracene 2022 – Costa d’Amalfi DOC

The nose is fruity, chiseled, elegant and offers a nice, precise and stretched grain. It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, pulpy/juicy peach and small notes of lychee, combined with delicate citrus hints and a subtle hint of fresh cherry/dragon fruit and an imperceptible hint of sage. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, a nice suavity, gourmandize, a coating, energetic, almost swirling side, and a nice balance. It expresses notes of crushed peach, crushed raspberry and small notes of apricot associated with hints of bright citrus, as well as a fine hint of dragon fruit, quenette, a subtle hint of sage and an imperceptible hint almost acacia in the background. Good length.
