- On the nose offers a small power (in finesse), a certain small intensity, a fine / finely tight texture. It reveals notes of raspberry, pepper and more slightly of dried violet associated with touches of wild small black fruits as well as fine hints of bay laurel berries, local grove and a discreet hint of white pepper. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a tangy structure and a certain energy. The wine expresses notes of dried rose petal, wild blackberry, juicy / fairly ripe black plum and more lightly dried raspberry associated with touches of dried violet, black tea, a subtle hint of cardamom and undergrowth. The tannins are finely dry and tight.
