The wine has a very pale lemon color. The nose is fresh and vinous. There are notes of lemon and racy minerality. The second nose opens with lemon and grapefruit with fine hints of passion fruit. The palate is fresh with a little sweetness on the attack. We find citrus fruits but also juicy yellow peach. We have a salinity which appears in the mid-palate. The finish is on lemon zest.
