The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers complexity, freshness and elegance. It reveals notes of crystallized mandarin, verbena and small notes of mandarin flowers associated with fine touches of crystallized pink grapefruit, a hint of white rose, racy minerality as well as a slight hint of saffron and discreet hints of vanilla/chocolate (in the background). The palate is fruity, clean, frank, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, tension, straightness, a slight acidulous frame as well as a fine structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied mandarin and mandarin flowers associated with fine touches of quince, hints of candied peach as well as discreet hints of saffron and rose/lilac. An imperceptible hint of coffee/chocolate/vanilla in the background. Good length.
