Ephémère de Saincrit 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

(organic) The nose is airy and aromatic. It expresses notes of green apple, crunchy green pear, fresh lemon zest, dried lemon zest in the background, grapefruit, fresh grass, crunchy apricot, hay in the background, flower of apple and acacia, as well as a touch of limestone. The palate offers a lively, tangy and slightly bitter attack (with a touch of grapefruit), which continues in the chiseled and tangy mid-palate with notes of green apple, green pear, yellow lemon and lime. The finish is quite lingering and fresh, with salivating acidity and hints of green apple, as well as good bitterness from grapefruit and blood orange.
