Enrico Serafino Bianco Zero 140 Pas dosé 2010 – Alta Langa Riserva

The nose first expresses notes of aging: flower honey and wax (in the background), associated with aromas of fresh white flowers (acacia, linden, honeysuckle, apple blossom), fresh mint, mint syrup, toasted brioche, with a light touch of vanilla and candied lemon peel, candied citron, as well as a hint of liquorice and nutmeg in the background. The palate is fresh and expresses energy and a pronounced tanginess (lime, candied citrus fruits), a hint of flower honey, caramelized pineapple and mint in syrup. A fresh, balanced, chiselled and tangy wine, with a good bitterness and fine notes of evolution.
