The nose is gourmand and harmonious. It expresses notes of fresh citrus (lemon, orange zest and orange juice, pomelo), juicy apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, combined with sweet touches of lemon curd and orange sabayon. The palate is lively, with a mineral attack and a lemony mid-palate (we find flavors of bitter orange, lime and yellow lemon). The finish is long, mineral and spicy, even a bit peppery. On the finish, we also find notes of citrus zest (yellow lemon, lime and bitter orange), acacia, linden, dried flowers and dried tea leaf, as well as a subtle minerality. The finish is long, salivating and savoury and complex, a bit toasty (a touch of hazelnut).
