The nose is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers finesse, a fine intensity as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis and ripe wild red berries associated with hints of garrigue / olive and dry local forest soil, hints of dried flowers as well as subtle hints of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is well-balanced, racy, well-built, finely powerful and offers a fine freshness, a fine minerality, a beautiful guideline, a good definition, precision, a fine concentration, dynamism, a beautiful fat, a fine unctuosity as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe red berries, blackberry and small notes of ripe cassis associated with small touches of minerality, garrigue (olive, rosemary …) as well as subtle / discreet touches of spices and Cuben pepper. Tannins are well-built, elegant and straight. Beautiful and gourmande persistence. There is a touch of chocolate on the aftertaste.
