The nose reveals notes of Bigarreau cherry, violet and more lightly almost infused/aromatic herbs combined with fine hints of raspberry and a touch of black tea. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, infusion, a certain gourmandize as well as a mineral/acidic backbone. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, ripe berries and more slightly violet combined with hints of pulpy violet plum and fine, almost herbal notes. Freshness and minerality. A subtle hint of vanilla in the background. The tannins are discreetly pronounced.
