It reveals notes of blackcurrant, Quetsche plum and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of small blue flowers/cornflowers, liquorice as well as fine hints of racy minerality, caramelization, sugared mild tobacco and a discreet hint of black pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of Quetsche plum, juicy Boysen berry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of fleshy/juicy cherry, blueberry and hints of cornflowers, violet as well as a discreet hint almost sappy and caramelization/sugared mild tobacco. Tannins are elegant, fine and supple. A beautiful persistence on touches of chocolate and a hint of caramelization.
