The nose is aromatic and round. It reveals notes of crushed fruit (blackberry, cherry) and fine hints of walnuts, dried fruit associated with a fine touch of grapes, racy minerality, lemon, a small hint of quenette as well as discreet toasted hints, dried almond, wood and flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice definition, fatness, suavity, power and precision. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of kumquat, mirabelle plum and cherry combined with a touch of sweet strawberry, sweet cassis, toffee as well as a subtle hint of almond, a subtle toasted hint and caramel. Good length.
